Order Confirmation

Immediately after your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary as well as your shipping and billing details.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Our typical processing time is 3–6 business days. In peak seasons or for certain items, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Please note that expedited shipping requires a complete street address in English and a valid contact number; delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Origin

To serve customers internationally, orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on inventory availability and destination efficiency. Our fulfillment locations may include Hong Kong, Singapore, and/or Mainland China. This helps us dispatch orders faster and maintain stable inventory across regions.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details about the items in the package, a tracking number, and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate and support you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be delivered to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) and certain countries/regions due to carrier limitations and customs restrictions.

For shipments to certain U.S. territories (such as Guam, American Samoa and U.S. Virgin Islands), please provide a U.S. mainland address as an alternative. For customers in Puerto Rico, please select “Puerto Rico” as the country instead of choosing it as a state or province.

Customs Duties and Taxes

In most cases, customers are not assessed additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping. However, local customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes depending on your country/region and local regulations.

If you are charged customs duties or taxes, we can refund 100% of the paid tariffs. Please keep the payment receipt and contact our customer service team for assistance.
