Product Care

To keep your Rosesilky pieces soft, beautiful, and comfortable for longer, please follow the care instructions below. Always check the care label on each garment before washing.

Machine Wash

For everyday care, many items can be safely machine washed if handled gently:

• Separate light, dark, and bright colors before washing.
• Turn garments inside out to help protect the outer surface.
• Wash delicate items separately from heavy pieces such as jeans, hoodies, or towels.
• Use cold or lukewarm water (up to 40°C / 104°F) to reduce shrinkage and protect the fabric.
• Select a gentle or delicate cycle and avoid overloading the machine so clothes can move freely.
• Choose a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics and avoid bleach or very harsh detergents.

Hand Wash

For more delicate styles, hand washing is recommended:

• Fill a clean sink or basin with lukewarm water.
• Add a small amount of mild detergent and mix until dissolved.
• Place the garment in the water and let it soak for about 5–10 minutes.
• Gently move the fabric through the water without rubbing, wringing, or twisting.
• Rinse thoroughly in clean water until all soap is removed.
• Press out excess water gently with your hands or a towel. Do not wring.

Drying

• Reshape garments while damp and lay flat to dry whenever possible, especially for knitwear.
• If hanging to dry, use a padded hanger and avoid hanging heavy, wet garments that may stretch.
• Keep items away from direct heat or strong sunlight to help preserve color and fabric quality.
• Avoid tumble drying unless the care label clearly states that it is safe.

Ironing & Steaming

• Check the care label for the recommended ironing temperature.
• Use a low to medium heat setting for delicate fabrics.
• Iron inside out or place a thin cloth between the iron and the garment to help prevent shine marks.
• A garment steamer can be used to gently remove wrinkles without pressing directly on the fabric.

Storage

• Allow garments to cool and dry completely before storing.
• Fold heavier knitwear instead of hanging to avoid stretching.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
