Important Note About Our Brand Name (“Silky”)

Rosesilky is a brand name. The word “silky” reflects the silk-like softness we aim for in many of our knits and fabrics. Unless a product page explicitly states “silk” in the material composition, the item is not made of silk. We list the exact materials for every product on its product page so customers can shop with clarity and confidence.

Rosesilky is operated by Jerry Sport LLC (the “Company”). We are an e-commerce team focused on women’s knitwear and seasonal collections.

Our Team

We are a dedicated team covering product selection and development, merchandising, quality checks, logistics coordination, and customer service. Our customer support team assists with sizing questions, order updates, returns, and any product concerns.

Our Products & Material Transparency

We focus on cozy, wearable knit styles—such as sweaters, cardigans, and seasonal essentials. For each product, we provide:

  • Clear material composition: shown on every product page (for example: polyester blends, acrylic blends, cotton blends, wool blends, etc., depending on the item).
  • Detailed size guidance: measurement charts and fit notes to help customers choose the correct size.
  • Care information: practical instructions to help garments wear well over time.

If a product contains silk, it will be clearly labeled as silk in the product title/material section and reflected in the composition details.

How We Produce, Inspect, and Fulfill Orders

We work with established manufacturing and fulfillment partners and manage the process with defined standards rather than “one-off” sourcing. Our supply chain is organized to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery:

  • Production: items are produced by partnered factories with knitting and garment manufacturing experience.
  • Quality checks: we perform checks for measurements, stitching/finishing, labeling, and visible defects before parcels are dispatched.
  • Fulfillment: orders are shipped from available fulfillment locations based on inventory and destination efficiency. Depending on stock and logistics, fulfillment may occur from facilities in Hong Kong, Singapore, and/or Mainland China.
  • Tracking: once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow delivery progress.
