Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such on the product page).
  • Certain intimate or hygienic products (where noted on the product page).

Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China. Please send your return package to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

How to Start a Return

  • Return Authorization: We will confirm your return request and provide any necessary instructions to help your return reach us smoothly.

Return Shipping Costs

1. Returns due to personal reasons
For returns or exchanges due to non-quality reasons (such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Returns due to product defects or our error
If a return or exchange is caused by a product defect or an error on our part, Rosesilky will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution after verification.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos (and/or video) showing the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. Any applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with local laws and payment provider policies.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
