Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and certain intimate products.

How to Return

  2. Return Instructions: We will send you detailed instructions and a return address.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will send you a replacement or issue a refund at no extra charge.
